Roula Bakis is the Founder and Broker/Owner of Artemis Realty + Design, a boutique real estate brokerage and advisory firm based in Westwood, Massachusetts. She specializes in residential real estate, luxury homes, new construction, renovation strategy, and property potential throughout Westwood and the Greater Boston area.
With a B.A. in Environmental Design and experience spanning real estate, construction, property investment, branding, and marketing, Roula brings a broader perspective to residential real estate.
Her approach goes beyond helping clients buy or sell a home. She helps them understand what a property is worth, what it could become, what improvements may make financial sense, and whether buying, selling, renovating, or building is the right move.
Roula founded Artemis after recognizing that real estate decisions rarely involve real estate alone.
A buyer may need to understand renovation costs before making an offer. A seller may need to determine which improvements will create the greatest return. A homeowner may need to compare renovating with moving. A new construction client may need help assembling and navigating a team of architects, designers, builders, and other specialists.
Artemis serves as the real estate advisor at the center of those decisions, helping clients evaluate their options and connect with the right independent professionals when additional expertise is required.

Based in Westwood, Roula advises buyers, sellers, homeowners, builders, and investors throughout Westwood, Dover, Needham, Walpole, Medfield, Dedham, Norwood, West Roxbury, and surrounding Greater Boston communities.
She also serves on the Board of the Westwood Community Chest and remains actively involved in the community she lives and works in.
