What you give us

If you fill in a form on this site, we receive what you typed into it: your name, your email address, a phone number if you provide one, and your message. Nothing else is required and we do not ask for anything we do not need in order to answer you.

Why we have it

To answer you. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell contact information, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered by email to Artemis Realty and Design and are handled by the people who work here. If a message needs input from someone outside the firm, for example a lender, an inspector or a contractor, we ask you first.

Property listings on this site

Listing data shown on this site comes from the multiple listing service through a third-party plugin, IDX Plugin. Searches you run and properties you view within those tools are handled by that service under its own terms. If you create an account inside a property search tool, that account is with the provider, not with this website.

Analytics and advertising

This site does not run advertising and does not sell data to advertisers.

Cookies

The site uses cookies necessary to make pages and forms work, and any set by the property search tools described above. You can block cookies in your browser; some parts of the property search may stop working if you do.

How long we keep things

Enquiries are kept as business correspondence for as long as the working relationship or the enquiry is live, and afterwards for the period Massachusetts requires records of real estate transactions to be retained.

Asking us to delete something

Write to us and say what you want removed. We will remove what we are not legally required to keep, and we will tell you plainly if something has to stay and why.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen.
